Whole leaf orthodox black teas from Assam and Darjeeling, chosen for sipping rather than boiling. A rich, malty second flush Assam with golden tips, and a delicate muscatel Darjeeling from the Himalayan hills. Both best enjoyed pure, or with a slice of lemon.
