All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed from our fulfillment center in Guwahati. Orders placed on Sunday and general holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
All orders are sent through express courier and are generally delivered within 3-5 business days depending on the location of the customer.
A tracking code is sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched from our end. Please note that the tracking codes can sometimes take upto 24 hours to activate.
We work with reliable partners like First Flight, BlueDart & Overnite Express depending on the location of the customer.
We currently do not ship outside India.
