How to Brew

1. Heat one cup, about 200 ml, of water and bring to the boil, then turn off the heat.
2. Add one teaspoon, about two grams, of tea leaves.
3. Steep for four to five minutes.
4. Strain and enjoy. Lovely on its own, or with a slice of lemon.

Lemon Tea Recipe

Brew as above, then strain. Add the juice of one lemon, one teaspoon of honey, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir well and enjoy.
