How to Brew
- Heat one cup, about 200 ml, of water and bring to the boil, then turn off the heat
- Add one teaspoon, about two grams, of tea leaves
- Steep for four to five minutes
- Strain and enjoy. Lovely on its own, or with a slice of lemon
Lemon Tea Recipe
Brew as above, then strain. Add the juice of one lemon, one teaspoon of honey, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir well and enjoy.
