This is a certified organic green tea from the Abali Estate in Assam's Lower Dibang valley, grown without any chemicals, fertilisers, or pesticides. It brews a bright golden yellow cup, medium bodied and brisk, with a mildly astringent, never bitter taste. How to Brew

1. Heat one cup, about 200 ml, of water just until it starts to bubble. Do not let it fully boil, as boiling water makes green tea bitter.
2. Pour the hot water into a teapot and add one teaspoon, about two grams, of tea.
3. Steep for two to four minutes. Shorter is milder, longer is stronger.
4. Strain and enjoy. You can brew the same leaves more than once.

Lemon Tea Recipe

Brew as above and strain. Add the juice of one lemon and one teaspoon of honey. Stir well and enjoy a fresh cup of lemon green tea.
