How to Brew

  1. Bring one cup of water to the boil, then add two grams of chai, about one teaspoon.
  2. Boil for two minutes.
  3. Add half a cup of milk and let it simmer for two to three minutes.
  4. Add sugar to taste, boil another two to three minutes, then strain and serve hot.
