How to Brew

  1. Add one teaspoon of green tea per 200 ml of water into the infuser.
  2. Heat water to about 80°C, just before boiling, since boiling water makes green tea bitter.
  3. Place the infuser in your cup and steep for one to two minutes.
  4. Lift out the infuser and enjoy. Add honey or lemon if you like.
