Benefits
- Bright and citrusy, with a soft, sweet lemon aroma
- Handpicked whole long leaf orthodox green tea, premium FTGFOP grade
- Blended with dried natural lemongrass, nothing artificial
- Brews a clear golden yellow cup with a refreshing finish
- Pure and natural, best enjoyed plain
How to Brew
- Heat one cup, about 200 ml, of water just until it starts to bubble. Do not fully boil, as boiling water makes green tea bitter.
- Pour the hot water into a teapot and add one teaspoon, about two grams, of tea.
- Steep for two to four minutes. Shorter is milder, longer is stronger.
- Strain and enjoy.
Iced Lemongrass Tea
Brew a slightly stronger cup, steeping three to four minutes, let it cool, then pour over ice. Add a slice of lemon or a few mint leaves for a bright, refreshing summer drink.
