A refreshing tea that blends handpicked Assam orthodox green tea with dried natural lemongrass. It brews a bright golden yellow cup, medium bodied and gently citrusy, with a soft, sweet lemon aroma and a smooth, lingering finish. Handpicked from the North Bank area near Tezpur, Assam. How to Brew

1. Heat one cup, about 200 ml, of water just until it starts to bubble. Do not fully boil, as boiling water makes green tea bitter.
2. Pour the hot water into a teapot and add one teaspoon, about two grams, of tea.
3. Steep for two to four minutes. Shorter is milder, longer is stronger.
4. Strain and enjoy.

Iced Lemongrass Tea

Brew a slightly stronger cup, steeping three to four minutes, let it cool, then pour over ice. Add a slice of lemon or a few mint leaves for a bright, refreshing summer drink.
