Shipping policy

Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders above Rs.499. A flat shipping charge of Rs.40 applies to orders below Rs.499.

Order Processing and Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our fulfilment centre in Guwahati. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Time: All orders are sent by express courier and are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking: A tracking code is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking codes can take up to 24 hours to activate.

Shipping Partners: We work with reliable partners including First Flight, BlueDart and Overnite Express, depending on your location.

International Shipping: We currently ship within India only.
