Diphloo River Range Green Tea
This green tea is sourced from small tea growers of the Diphloo River Range. They are slightly stronger in taste than other green teas, but that is because of the lesser oxidation of the leaves which results in more antioxidants.
When brewed, Our green teas will be of beautiful yellow colors and slightly astringent. After brewing look at the leaves, they will open up completely, a sign of excellent teas.
How to Steep: Use 1 tsp of Green tea per 200ml of water. Heat water to 80ºC and steep for 2-3 minutes. These teas will taste beautiful with lemon, honey or mint.

Note: Remember longer steeping times result in bitterness, so experiment between 2-4 minutes and find the range that suits you.
